Integrations

Fits the tools you already use

NablaBox is built to remove integration work, not to add a new concept. It drops into existing test automation and stays fully scriptable.

LAVA

LAVA drives a device through two hooks: power control and a serial console. NablaBox ships a command-line tool for each – hwdamon-dut-power and hwdamon-console-bridge – plus a device-type template and worked job examples, validated against real hardware.

A power cycle through NablaBox is a hard reset, so power_on, power_off and hard_reset are all covered.

tbot

tbot test cases stored on the device are discovered automatically and can be started from the web UI. NablaBox generates the tbot configuration for the selected DUT, streams the output live and keeps every run’s log and verdict.

REST API & CI

Every function – DUT power, console, test runs, network, users – is a documented JSON REST API call with token authentication. Command-line tools cover power, console and GPIOs for shell scripts and CI pipelines.

Remote access with NetBird

NablaBox joins your NetBird mesh VPN (WireGuard-based) with an outbound connection only. Developers get access to the lab from anywhere, and the site’s firewall stays closed.

Over-the-air updates

The Nablix system software is updated with SWUpdate using atomic A/B updates, and can be rolled out to a fleet of gateways with Eclipse hawkBit.
