2. Hosting and server log files

This website is operated on our own servers in Germany. When you visit it, technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser identifier) is stored in server log files to ensure the operation and security of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log files are deleted after a short period.

3. Request form and email

If you contact us via the request form or by email, we process the data you provide (name, company, email address, country, details of your request) to answer your request and, where applicable, to prepare a quote. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. The data is deleted once it is no longer required for this purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.

4. Cookies

This website only uses technically necessary cookies, e.g. to remember the selected language. There is no tracking or analysis of user behaviour. The legal basis is § 25(2) TDDDG.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA).
